After the rental contract period, the client’s financial profile will be taken to a partner bank for mortgage loan evaluation. Upon careful financial assessment, the partner bank will provide a loan to the client to purchase the property. At this point, loan approval will be easy because BCP would prove the client’s financial worthiness.
