is the Founder and Managing Director of BCP Estate International. He has spent over 25 years in the property industry. All through the years of active service, Somsak has worked as an advisor, investor, director and a middleman. Somsak has extensive experience and outstanding track record in real estate sales and marketing in Thailand. He has helped developers, entrepreneurs and financial
institutions to achieve their objectives. Somsak has also served in various board and committee positions including the President of Thai Real Estate Sales and Marketing Association (RESAM), Thailand (2015-2017). His experience extends the spectrum of property agency, international agency, real estate multinetworking
and joint venture.
Raymond Chee
Raymond Chee is an International entrepreneur with over 20 years’ experience in Information Technology and International investment. He founded RapidCloud, a cloud computing provider that was previously listed on the London Stock Exchange with offices across South East Asia. He was also the co-founder of Bangkok Golf Centre, one of the largest indoor golf performance academy in South East Asia and is presently a board member of the Malaysian -Thai Chamber of Commerce. Over the years, Raymond has helped several individuals and companies in Thailand formulate and implement business models, especially technology and financial structure. He has gained invaluable experience in running, structuring, and managing different projects in the technology and real estate sectors. Through his knowledge and experience, he has contributed to the successful completion of several projects.
Thitiwat Teerakulthanyaroj
Thitiwat Teerakulthanyaroj is a business developer with over 20 years of business development experience, including marketing experience, strategy, and business operations. He once worked as the Chief of Business Development Officer for Century 21 Thailand. All through his career, he gained adequate knowledge and experience in the real estate investment model. His experience as manager and advisor in the real estate industry has helped entrepreneurs and developers succeed. With his expertise, he has also contributed to young entrepreneurs, university students, and social enterprise owners by providing consultations and training support as well as being a guest lecturer to local universities in Thailand.
